Shapez - Body Progress Tracker is a comprehensive app designed to help you reach your health and weight goals through regular progress tracking. Whether you're looking to lose weight or build muscle, this app has the features you need.

As a free user, you can set a weight goal and track your progress. You can also select up to 11 points of measurements, such as neck, shoulders, chest, and more. The app allows you to track body angles from the front, side, and back, and you can secure access with a passcode. Set notifications to remind you to take new pictures of your body and overlap the camera with your last progress picture for easy comparison. The app also provides charts to visualize your weight and body measurements, allowing you to see your transformation over time. Download the photos sequence as a GIF image or export all photos to your device. Plus, you can set a camera delay for convenience.

With the Premium version, you'll enjoy an ad-free experience and gain additional features. Track your BMI and synchronize with Apple Health for seamless data integration. In addition to the existing measurements, you'll be able to track body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, and specific body parts like forearms and calves. Three custom measurements are also available for personalized tracking. Export your measurement values into CSV format for further analysis. Premium users receive priority support within the app for assistance with any issues.

Should you decide to subscribe to Shapez - Body Progress Tracker Premium, please note that the subscription period will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage this setting in your Apple App Store account.

If you're working with a trainer, they can create an account in our companion app Shapez - Trainer. By connecting with your trainer in Shapez - Body Progress Tracker, they'll have access to your progress photos and measurements. However, if you prefer to keep your photos private, you can choose to disable photo display to your trainer.

Additional information about the app includes the option to save photos on your device or sync them with our server. User data like weight and measurements are securely stored in the cloud for peace of mind. The app allows you to set units to either metric (kg/cm) or imperial (lb/in).
